He used terror and intimidation to deter opponents and ensure rivals did not attempt to replace him. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D. He developed his own cult of personality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E.
